Items can be marked down at 45 day intervals. 25% after first 30 days and up to 50% after 60 days. Every effort will be made in the best interest of the consignor and consignee to sell the item. When the item has reached the 90 day limit items can be picked up or donated to a charity designated by the owner or consignor. Unclaimed items are considered property of The Flea Market once the term has expired.
